We will help your team learn the right industrial knitting terms to communicate with any factory in the world. This is a page of Urban inspired men's wear stitches from our 2011 knit trend boards. The yarns are raw looking with slubs, flakes, and soft twists. The fibers are hemp, cotton, linen. The fabrics use the back or reverse of the fabric for a comfortable lived in feel. The reverse side of the fabric also gives a hand-made look to machine knits. Some of the washes we're suggesting for 2011 Urban Mens are enzyme, vintage and acid on dark knits.

Knit Design We provide CONFIDENTIAL assistance on design projects, production issues, vendor problems, & in-house training. We can deliver: JPG, Tiff, or PSD renderings in layers. Our specialty is old fashioned analog sketching. If the client has a stitch count from their factory the digital fabric can be rendered according to the mill requirements. We create the digital jacquards based on body placement, manufacturing equipment, client’s supplied cutting pattern and stitch counts, any hardware. Jacquards can be emailed around the world. Photoshop work can be emailed or burned onto a disk for client's PC or MAC. This is a pencil sktch from our 2011 better contemporary. The top is a wedge knitted fairisle with gored aran. The fabric comes off the machine as you see the front. There is no piecing or cutting. The aran has a pleat that is also as off the machine - no cutting or piecing or sewing. The leggings and sleeves are milano fairisles.
	Green Materials In the current world, the environment is very important to our clients and to us. We work with vendors who sell recycled fiber yarns. We also work with yarn manufactures who supply; Hemp (scarf at left) Organic Cotton Bamboo Having recyclable fabric - 100% polyester - is also very desireable. The polyester yarns of toadya are nothing like their predecessors. Today, they are soft, buttery, and miles away from the stereotype.
